We believe in our products and the technology behind them, and we recommend using them for at least 14 days to experience real results. If you’re not satisfied after giving it a fair try and are still within our 60-day money-back window, we’re here to help.

Cancellations

Need to cancel or update your order? Just let us know within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing and we won’t be able to make changes. If your cancellation is made within 24 hours, we’ll issue a full refund within 7 business days.

We stand behind the effectiveness of our recovery tools. If you’ve used your product consistently for 14 days and still aren’t happy, you’re eligible for a return within 60 days of your purchase. Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We do our best to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. If your item is physically broken or defective on arrival (not just damaged packaging), please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Email a clear photo of the damage to sales@body-and-beyond.co.uk so we can assess and send a replacement if eligible. We do not accept returns for products damaged by regular use or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted couriers to get your order to you quickly, but once it leaves our hands, we can’t control delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or local disruptions. If your package is delayed, missing, or stolen, please contact the courier directly. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for these issues once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Address

It’s your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realise there’s a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. If we aren’t notified in time, we won’t be able to issue a refund or replacement for lost or misdirected orders.
