Already thinking about a backup.

I rarely give reviews but I bought this for my dad who does not move around as much as he used to. I really think this is a great idea as it still lets people train their lungs without the movement.

For something so little this device leaves you feeling likeyou have had a decent workout, without going anywere

Who would of thought such a simple product could have a big impact. I've waited to write this review because I was skeptical. But after a good 4 weeks of using alongside the progress plan, my breathing is so much clearer and stronger now.

I am using this all day everyday at the moment. I trained back yesterday so I've had my wife scrape all down my back. Feels great, would recomend.

The intensity levels are great as you can build it up. At first it was intense but you get used to it quick and it really does give you relief.
